…to Sally James! I had the pleasure of shooting with Sally a couple months ago, for an article of hers that was up for publication in Variety. Well, she got it, and I am so happy for her. She looks as amazing as she is brilliant and was so fun and easy to work with (seriously, sometimes I think my job is way too fun to be legit, especially when I work with people like her). So, go check it out and once again, congratulations Sally!
This ring is from the 70’s and is quite possibly my favorite ring…ever. The way it pairs with my favorite Frida and Marilyn bracelet (pictured with the ring) makes my heart twitter pate all over the place.
This little beauty is from the 50’s and will most likely never leave my wrist. That adorable (and HEAVY) toggle hanging on the side, is for…PERFUME! Once again, made for me.
This little charmer is actually not vintage, but it looks vintage, so she goes home with me. This neckalce is actually REALLY long, making a sweet yet prominent statement. Plus, it has 2 of my favorite things on one little accessory…French and Love.
Yesterday, I bought this little gem at Nordstroms during Gavin’s and my weekly Thursday trip to the Grove, normally reserved for the live music for the kiddos and lunch. I had a “plan” to distract Gavin long enough with candy and toys (I know, but I was desperate) to scout out my intended purchases, and maybe even try them on. So I went in, looking for a staple flowing skirt (which I got, see dress version here) and ended up being drawn to this chiffon beauty, like a moth to flame. I seriously am in love. It embodies EVERYTHING I could ever want in a top…chiffon, lace, peach color and kimono draping! If you know me, then you know that this top may very well have been made just for me. So, here’s to summer and summer wardrobes and fulfilling the desires of a gypsy heart 🙂
…a little bit of that
and a little bit of this….
oh, and A LOT of that….
It’s been quite a busy past 2 weeks, full of shoots in both Seattle and Vegas. I can’t tell you how good it feels to be home, for another 2 weeks, before it’s time to hit the road again! Ahhh C’est La Vie. This is just a very small sneak peek of posts to come and I’m ecstatic over EVERY one of them! Stay tuned for lots of gorgeousness and a FANTASTIC announcement for potential clients!
…is the only kind.
I strongly believe every girl should have boudoir photos taken, at least once in her life. To completely revel in the feminine powers she possesses. To be able to look at herself in a whole new light. To see and believe how beautiful and alluring she really is. To completely splurge on ridiculously expensive lingerie and parfum, for one day of indulgence, that will in turn, last for generations to come. To leave her mark on the world…or her man.
